This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by FREEDOM PEPTIDES through www.getfreedompeptides.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Processing Time

Ordering
You may order from FREEDOM PEPTIDES 24/7 through our secure website. After your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, your order will be properly packaged and shipped by a reputable delivery service such as FedEx or USPS. We will notify you when your order has shipped.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, supply delays), processing may take longer.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payments via Zelle, ACH, and major credit cards. Please see our product pages for quantity discounts.

Viewing Orders
During checkout, you must either login or register a new account. Registration allows you to:

  • Check order status
  • Update account information
  • Access past orders
    It also speeds up future checkouts.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout.

  • FREE shipping on orders over $250.00
  • Orders placed, paid, and processed before 12pm (noon) PST typically ship the same business day; may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders placed, paid, and processed after 12pm PST or on weekends/holidays ship the following business day; may take up to 48 hours.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary based on carrier performance:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, operational issues, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may be:

  • Flat rate, or
  • Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery location.

Promotions (if offered) may temporarily change shipping pricing.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.
  • If you contact us quickly, we will attempt to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Signature Confirmation / Delivery Requirements

For certain orders (based on order value, fraud screening, or shipping destination), we may require:

  • Signature confirmation
  • Delivery to the billing address
  • ID verification or order confirmation prior to shipment

If delivery is attempted and the carrier cannot complete it (no signature, access issues, etc.), the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery or pickup with the carrier.

Delivered but Missing / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check around the delivery location and with neighbors/building management
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

FREEDOM PEPTIDES is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. At our discretion, we may assist by providing documentation needed for a carrier claim.

Lost Packages / Carrier Delays

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for a prolonged period.

  • If your package appears lost, email contact@getfreedompeptides.com with your order number and tracking number.
  • We will help initiate a carrier investigation where applicable.
  • Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@getfreedompeptides.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of:
    • Outer shipping box
    • Shipping label
    • Internal packaging
    • Item(s) received

Proper documentation is required for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We may restrict shipping to certain locations, jurisdictions, or addresses based on legal, carrier, or risk considerations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we cannot ship to the address provided.

Returns & Replacements

Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited.

  • If the order is shipped incorrectly or items received are not what you ordered, contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Follow the instructions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Privacy & Security

  • We follow all federal and state privacy laws.
